Fried Gobi


Ingredients

1 cauliflower cut into med size florets

4-5 tbsp gramflour(besan)

1 tbsp red chilli powder

1/4 tsp turmeric powder

salt to taste

oil to deep fry

Method

  • Cut the cauliflower into florets and clean it
  • In a bowl, add cauliflower,salt,gramflour,red chilli powder,turmeric powder and mix well
  • Sprinkle little water so that it becomes like a sticky texture.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry in small batches till crisp and golden brown
  • Serve Hot as a snack or a starter
