Mixed Vegetable curry


Ingredients

2 carrots chopped & parboiled

4-5 beans chopped & parboiled

1/2 cup boiled green peas

2 onion chopped

2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

2 green chillies finely chopped

1/4 cup curds

3 tomato finely chopped

1/2 tsp garam masala powder

1 tsp red chilli powder

1/2 tsp coriander powder

a pinch of turmeric

2 tsp cashewnut paste

1/4 cup fresh cream

Salt to taste

2 tsp oil

coriander leaves for garnishing

Method

  • Heat oil in a pan,add onion and fry till transparent,then add ginger-garlic paste and fry till the raw smell disappears 
  • Add green chilli,tomato and fry till it gets mashed
  • Add curds,coriander powder,red chilli powder,turmeric powder & Turmeric powder and fry for a couple of minutes
  • Then add all the vegetables and salt and fry
  • Add 2 cups of water and bring it to boil 
  • Lastly add cashewnut paste, cream and mix it well
  • Close the lid and cook it for 10 minutes
  • garnish it with coriander leaves
