Roasted Potatoes


Ingredients

4-5 potato half boiled & cut into cubes

2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

1 tsp garam  masala powder

1 tbsp green chilli paste

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1/2 cup curds

1 tsp red chilli powder

1 tsp coriander powder

salt to taste

2 tbsp ghee 

1 tsp oil

For tempering

3-4 slit green chillies

2 sprigs of curry leaves

Method

  • Apply salt to the cubed potatoes and keep aside
  • In a bowl, add the potato, then add all the ingredients above expect ghee,oil ,green chilli and curry leaves
  • Marinate the potato for half an hour
  • Heat ghee in a pan and add the marinated potatoes
  • keep frying till it becomes dry and turn to golden brown in colour
  • Heat oil in another pan and add slit green chilli and curry leaves and fry for a min and add this to the potatoes 
  • Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot with puri
