Mushroom & Paneer Stuffed Garlic Loaf

This is very nice and yummy tummy filler I can say which completely satisfied my taste buds I just loved to have it for my brunch .....u can experiment and use any vegs u prefer instead of mushroom ....do drop in ur lovely feed back as i always adore to read them :)

Ingredients


1 garlic loaf


1 cup mushrooms sliced


1/2 cup grated paneer


1 onion sliced


1 tbsp kasuri methi

3 tbsp tomato puree


2 tbsp cream


2 tsp tomato ketchup


1 tsp red chilli powder


1 tsp pav bhaji masala


1 tsp cumin seeds


1 tsp garam masala powder


2 tsp red chilli-garlic paste(2 red chilli and 5 garlic cloves)


2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves


2 tsp butter

salt to taste

Method
  • Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and when it crackles add kasoori methi, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, tomato ketchup, pav bhaji masala fry for a while then add the red chilli garlic paste and fry well till it leaves out oil. Now add cream and tomato puree and cook for about 10-15 mins.
  • Add onion and fry till translucent and then add mushroom and fry till tender add little water and coriander leaves and fry well till it leaves out a semi thick gravy.
  • Now slit the garlic Loaf into half and spread the stuffing evenly on one side. sprinkle grated panner and coriander leaves on it and put the other half of the slit bread on the top
  • Slice and serve ......yummy tummy filling bread is ready to have:)

Chinese Pasta


Ingredients

1 cup macaroni

1 tsp red chilli flakes

1 tsp soya sauce

1 onion sliced

2 spring onion chopped(white part)

1 small capsicum sliced

4-5 mushroom sliced

1/2 cup milk

1/2 tsp plain flour

2 tsp finely chopped spring onion greens

2 tsp butter

1 tsp oil

Salt to taste

Method

  • Mix Maida with milk and then keep aside
  • Heat 2 cups water in a pan, when it boils add the pasta and cook till done and then mix little oil and keep aside
  • Heat oil , butter in pan, add red chilli flakes, onion ,spring onion and fry for 2 min
  • Add capsicum, mushroom, and fry for another 2 min and then add boiled pasta and mix well
  • Add soya sauce,milk-maida mix and salt and stir well till it dries up
  • Lastly add spring onion greens and then serve hot

Creamy Corn Spinach


Ingredients

1 cup finely chopped spinach

1 onion finely chopped

1 tomato finely chopped

1 cup boiled sweet corn

1 tsp chopped ginger

2-3 green chilli finely chopped

1 tsp white pepper powder

1/4 cup cream

1/2 cup milk

1 tsp hing powder

salt to taste

2 tbsp oil

Method

  • Heat oil in a pan, add hing , ginger and fry for a min and then add onion and fry till translucent
  • Add white pepper powder,green chilli and fry for 1 min
  • Add tomato, spinach, salt and fry till it leaves water
  • Then add corn and mix well and then add cream, milk and allow it to come to a boil and then serve hot with roti

Dry Green Beans and Veg Subzi


well here goes my favourite subzi which I do with chapathi ...I just love this gravy as it is easy to make and yummy to have with chapathi ...I am sure ull love even this version of my subzi if u have liked others ....well if u dont try this ur missing one of my favourite all time gravy :)

Ingredients

1/2 Kg Beans Cut diagonally

2 Potato cut into small cube

1 Big Onion Finely chopped

1/4 cup grated coconut

3 Tbsp milk

1/2 bunch Coriander leaves

3 Green chillies

1 tsp Chopped Ginger

6 Flakes of Garlic

A pinch of Hing powder

1/2 tsp cumin seeds

1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder

1/2 tsp coriander powder

1/4 tsp Red Chilli powder

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

salt to taste

2 tbsp oil

Method

  • Grind coriander leaves, coconut, garlic, ginger, green chilli, grind this along with milk and add very little water now grind this to a very fine paste.
  • Par boil the potato and beans together adding salt and drain and keep it aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan ,add cumin seeds, Hing when it splutters add onion and fry till onion turns a bit brownish in colour .
  • Now add all the Masala powders,salt and fry well.
  • Add the ground coconut paste and saute till it leaves out oil and then add par boiled beans and potato, cover and cook for few mins and then serve hot with chapathi
  • I Just loved it cause I had prepared it after a long time and was an excellent subzi with chapathi.

Garlic Cherry Tomato & Avacado Salad

Today i thought of posting very simple dishes which requires just few minutes of yours....Last week as i wasnt well i couldnt do much so thought of doing salads which is good for health as well...but with few ingredients also it tasted really good...

Garlic Cherry Tomato

Ingredients


10-12 cherry tomato


4-5 garlic cloves chopped


2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

1 tsp olive oil


salt to taste


Method

  • Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and fry till it turns light brown and then add coriander leaves and fry for a min
  • Add cherry tomato, salt and toss well, close the lid and cook for 10 min and then serve
Avacado Salad




Ingredients

2 Ripe Avacados diced


1/3 rd cup chopped onion

1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves


1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice


salt to taste

Method
  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and then toss it well and then serve it chilled

Colourful Layered Quesadilla


This is excellent way how to use tortilla in beautiful way it gives out such nice flavour that ull will love:).....I just loved experimenting this recipe my way ...well u can add any filling u like to make it in Ur special way :)

Ingredients

3 tortilla

1/4 cup grated cheese
For the Veg & cheese filling
1/4 cup grated cheese
5-6 slices of mushrooms
1/4 cup sliced capsicum
1 tsp grated ginger
1 spring onion chopped with its greens
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp parsley
salt to taste
For the baked beans filling
1 can baked beans
1 tbsp peri peri sauce
1/2 tsp cornflour
salt to taste
Method
For the veg & cheese filling
  • In a bowl mix all the ingredients mentioned under veg & cheese filling and keep aside
For the Baked beans filling
  • Heat 1/2 tsp oil in a pan, add peri-peri sauce & baked beans and then fry well
  • Sprinkle cornflour and salt so that it thickens and then keep aside to cool
For the layered Quesadilla
  • Heat a tawa and place one tortilla on it and then spread the veg and cheese filling on it evenly
  • Put another tortilla on it and press it so that it sticks properly to the 1st one
  • Then put the baked beans filling on it evenly and put grated cheese on sides of the tortilla
  • Close it with another tortilla and press it again
  • Flip it over carefully and cook the other side till crisp & Cut into 5 slices and then serve hot

Spicy Indian Style Corn On Crackers


One snack which you all will definetly love is this combo of crunchy crackers on with a spicy filling ...I just love this filling has always been a huge hit in my house and corn just blends so much nicely with the masala ....hmmmm well its my favourite and its definetely a melt in mouth snack ;-) which I adore.......

Ingredients

10-12 Garlic crackers or monaco biscuits

For the Spicy Corn

1 onion finely chopped

1 small capsicum finely chopped

2 small tomato finely chopped

1 cup boiled american sweet corn

1 tsp pav bhaji masala

1/2 tsp garam masala powder

1 tsp chilli powder

2 tbsp tomato ketchup

2 tbsp cream

3 tbsp milk

2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves + for garnising

1 tbsp butter

1 tsp oil

salt to taste

Method

For the Spicy Corn

  • Heat butter, oil in a pan, add onion and fry till translucent
  • Add capsicum, tomato and fry till it leaves out oil and then add sweet corn and fry for 1-2 min
  • Add pav bhaji masala , garam masala, chilli powder and fry for a min and then add tomato ketchup and fry till everything gets blended well
  • Then add milk,cream & salt and fry till it is dry and then add coriander leaves and then keep aside
  • Arrange the garlic crackers on a serving plate, put 2 tsp filling on it and garnish with coriander and then serve immediately
