Ingredients
10-15 mushroom cut into halves
2 tsp honey
3 slit green chillies
1/4 cup spring onion greens
1 tbsp oil
For marinade
2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tbsp lemon juice
3 tsp dark soya sauce
2 tsp chilli flakes
2 tsp white sesame seeds
1 tsp freshly crushed peppercorns
salt to taste
Method
- Marinate the mushroom with the ingredients listed under marinade for 15 minutes
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan and add the marinated mushroom and fry till the mushrooms are tender
- Add green chillies,honey and fry for another 2 minutes and lastly add spring onions and garnish it with white sesame seeds
- Serve hot with rice
