1 Cup Spicy Babycorn strips (recipe in the earlier post)
3 cloves of Garlic (finely chopped)
1' Ginger (finely Chopped)
1 small capsicum (finely Chopped)
1 tsp Red chilli flakes
1 tbsp Coriander leaves
2 tsp Tomato Ketchup
1 tsp Soya sauce
1 tsp vinegar
1/2 tsp white sesame seeds
1/4 cup spring onion (only greens)
1/4 cup spring onion (only onion)
1/2 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp cornflour mixed with 1/4 cup water
salt to taste
- In pan add oil fry spring onion (just the onion part), garlic, ginger and red chilli flakes fry well till garlic turns slight brown and leaves out a nice aroma & then add capsicum and fry well.
- Now add Tomato ketchup, soya sauce, vinegar then fry well now add sesame seeds and now add cornflour mixed with water and bring to a boil.
- Just before serving add fried babycorn strips , dash of lemon juice and sprinkle spring onion greens on top and serve with fried rice :)
