Chinese Pasta


Ingredients

1 cup macaroni

1 tsp red chilli flakes

1 tsp soya sauce

1 onion sliced

2 spring onion chopped(white part)

1 small capsicum sliced

4-5 mushroom sliced

1/2 cup milk

1/2 tsp plain flour

2 tsp finely chopped spring onion greens

2 tsp butter

1 tsp oil

Salt to taste

Method

  • Mix Maida with milk and then keep aside
  • Heat 2 cups water in a pan, when it boils add the pasta and cook till done and then mix little oil and keep aside
  • Heat oil , butter in pan, add red chilli flakes, onion ,spring onion and fry for 2 min
  • Add capsicum, mushroom, and fry for another 2 min and then add boiled pasta and mix well
  • Add soya sauce,milk-maida mix and salt and stir well till it dries up
  • Lastly add spring onion greens and then serve hot

  5. ooooooooooh , nice new way to cook pasta. by the way what type of soy sauce, here they have like light , dark , thick , sweet and even spicey. nice change fromt the usual tomato sauce

    Thats a great recipe with that dash of soya...After eating Italian pasta and Indian pasta ( with cumin, garam masala et al)I mist try this as fast as possible.

  31. i too have tried my hands on Chinese version of pasta. Our family loved it. I make it once in bluemoon (as I donot prefer soya sauce!)
