Ingredients
1 cup macaroni
1 tsp red chilli flakes
1 tsp soya sauce
1 onion sliced
2 spring onion chopped(white part)
1 small capsicum sliced
4-5 mushroom sliced
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp plain flour
2 tsp finely chopped spring onion greens
2 tsp butter
1 tsp oil
Salt to taste
Method
- Mix Maida with milk and then keep aside
- Heat 2 cups water in a pan, when it boils add the pasta and cook till done and then mix little oil and keep aside
- Heat oil , butter in pan, add red chilli flakes, onion ,spring onion and fry for 2 min
- Add capsicum, mushroom, and fry for another 2 min and then add boiled pasta and mix well
- Add soya sauce,milk-maida mix and salt and stir well till it dries up
- Lastly add spring onion greens and then serve hot
hmmm..lovely flavors in pasta...fusion one....
