One snack which you all will definetly love is this combo of crunchy crackers on with a spicy filling ...I just love this filling has always been a huge hit in my house and corn just blends so much nicely with the masala ....hmmmm well its my favourite and its definetely a melt in mouth snack ;-) which I adore.......
For the Spicy Corn
1 small capsicum finely chopped
2 small tomato finely chopped1 cup boiled american sweet corn
1 tsp pav bhaji masala1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp chilli powder2 tbsp tomato ketchup
2 tbsp cream3 tbsp milk
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves + for garnising1 tbsp butter
1 tsp oilsalt to taste
MethodFor the Spicy Corn
- Heat butter, oil in a pan, add onion and fry till translucent
- Add capsicum, tomato and fry till it leaves out oil and then add sweet corn and fry for 1-2 min
- Add pav bhaji masala , garam masala, chilli powder and fry for a min and then add tomato ketchup and fry till everything gets blended well
- Then add milk,cream & salt and fry till it is dry and then add coriander leaves and then keep aside
- Arrange the garlic crackers on a serving plate, put 2 tsp filling on it and garnish with coriander and then serve immediately

ReplyDeleteYummy Sush! this reminded me of my childhood days, when I used to see the monaco crackers ad on the TV and used to ask my mom prepare somthin similar and she used to top the crackers and serve at tea time. Was never online these days :( Will catch you sometime, if I see u online :)
