This is one of the awesome recipe which i had tried the other day simply loved every bite of this....just loved it with chapathi ...its finger licking good ...Amazing how a curry can be the best .....this is one of them
Ingredients
2 cup Palak (Blanched and chopped)
1 small capsicum (finely chopped )
1 tomato ( finely chopped )
1 onion (finely chopped)
6 garlic flakes (finely chopped)
3 green chilli (finely chopped)
4 tbsp paneer (grated ) (or crumbled)
1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
1/2 tsp haldi powder
1/2 tbsp ketchup
1/4 cup milk
2 tbsp cream
salt to taste
2 tbsp oil
pinch of sugar
a large pinch of garam masala

Method
- Heat oil in a pan add garlic and green chilli and fry for a minute then add onion and fry till translucent.
- Add capsicum and fry for 2 -3 mins .
- Add tomato and fry then add haldi, red chilli powder, garam masala fry well ketchup and fry well till it leaves out oil.
- Add salt, sugar and fry for 1-2 mins till tomatoes get completely mashed
- Add Paneer and spinach and fry for 2 -3 mins .
- Now add milk and cook till it completely dries up.
- Lastly add cream and serve with chapathi ...you will simply love this....tastes just awesome.
