ReplyDeleteHi there,
ReplyDeleteI had tried this recipe but had no success. I was wondering how come u get such a beautiful red color when the main ingredient of the dish is curd and u r adding very less of tomatoes. It tasted too sour as well.
I hope measurement of the curd and tomatoes are given accurate in the recipe.
looking forward for ur reply.
Thanks
Hi,i have used the same measurements as mentioned in the recipe book, and the colour is because of the chilli powder & i used ready made tomato puree and colour of the chilli powder varies...And after putting tomato puree you should fry it properly for atleast 10 min on a low flame else you will not get the right taste and the curd which you have used might be very sour,...all these might be the reason...I hope i have answered your query, thanks for your comments anyways...
