Paneer & Mushroom Stir Fry


200 gms paneer cut into cubes

1 packet mushroom 

1 leek sliced( root )

1 tsp soya sauce

1/2 tsp red chilli flakes

1/2 tsp vinegar

1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper (optional)

1 tbsp oil

salt to taste

coriander leaves 


  • Heat oil in a pan and fry sliced leeks for 2 min
  • Add paneer and toss till light brown
  • Then add mushroom, chilli flakes,soya sauce and vinegar
  • Mix it well and then add pepper and salt accordingly
  • Lastly garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot
