Creamy Mushroom Gravy


1 packet Mushrooms cut into quarter

4 Fried red chilies 

6 flakes of Garlic(sliced) 

2 Onions(sliced thinly) 

1 green Cardamom 

3 Cloves 

1 ‘stick Cinnamon 

1 tsp Ginger grated

1 tbsp sliced garlic

1 tbsp fried sliced garlic

½ tsp Turmeric powder 

1 tbsp Coriander powder

3 tbsp curds 

1/2 cup milk

1/4 cup fresh cream

1 tsp coriander powder

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1/2 tsp garam masala powder

¼ cup Coriander leaves(chopped)

3 tbsp oil

Salt to taste

  • Method

    Heat oil in a pan, add cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, fried red chillies, garlic and ginger till golden brown 
  • Add onions and fry till transparent
  • Add the mushrooms, turmeric powder and salt and fry till mushroom are half cooked.
  • Add the curd and fry for a while
  • Then add red chilli powder,coriander powder,garam masala powder,and fry for 2 minutes
  • Add milk and cream and mix well and bring it to a boil
  • Lastly add fried sliced garlic and garnish it with chopped coriander leaves
