Methi Gobi Matar


1 bunch Methi leaves

1 cup cauliflower cut into small florets and boiled

1 cup boiled peas

1 cup milk

1/2 tsp chilli powder

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp garam masala powder

1 tsp lemon juice

1/2 tsp sugar

salt to taste

2 tsp oil


  • Clean and soak methi leaves for 15 minutes,drain and keep aside
  • Heat oil in a pan,add methi leaves and fry for 5 minutes then add milk and cook till the mixture becomes completely dry
  • Add sugar,salt,chilli powder,turmeric powder and fry for a minute
  • Add the cauliflower,peas and stir fry then add garam masala powder and lemon juice and cook for 5 minutes
  • Serve Hot with Roti
