1 packet Eggless noodles
1 inch ginger grated
10 garlic cloves chopped
4-6 green chillies(slit)
2 spring onion(greens)
1 capsicum cut into long strips
2 carrots cut into long strips
1/2 cup cabbage shredded
1/2 tsp white pepper powder
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
2 tsp crushed peppercorns
1 cup vegetable stock or water
2 tbsp cornflour
salt to taste
2 tbsp oil
1.Boil noodles in 5 cup of water with 1 tsp of oil and salt in it,cook till done and drain in cold water. spread it on a large plate
2.Put 1 tsp oil and salt in the noodles and keep aside
3.Heat oil in a pan and add ginger and garlic and saute till golden brown,then add green chillies and saute for one minute,then add half of the spring onion greens,capsicum,carrot,and mix well
4.Add white pepper powder,crushed peppercorns,soya sauce,vinegar,salt and vegetable stock or u can use water
5.Stir in cornflour mixed with 2 tbsp of water,cook for another min till it boils and sauce becomes thick.
6.lastly add noodles and mix it well.
garnish with the remaining spring onion greens and serve hot.
