Stir Fry Schzewan Cauliflower


1 cup cauliflower cut into florets

3-4 green chillies roughly chopped

1 tsp light soya sauce

1 tsp schzewan sauce

5-6 garlic cloves finely chopped

salt to taste

1 tbsp oil

1/4 cup chopped spring onion greens for garnishing


  • Boil the florets till tender and keep aside
  • Heat oil in a pan,add garlic and fry till golden brown, then add green chillies and fry
  • Now add light soya sauce,schzewan sauce,salt 
  • Fry for few seconds and then add cauliflower and mix well
  • Lastly add spring onion greens and serve hot
