Ingredients
1 cup cauliflower cut into florets
3-4 green chillies roughly chopped
1 tsp light soya sauce
1 tsp schzewan sauce
5-6 garlic cloves finely chopped
salt to taste
1 tbsp oil
1/4 cup chopped spring onion greens for garnishing
Method
- Boil the florets till tender and keep aside
- Heat oil in a pan,add garlic and fry till golden brown, then add green chillies and fry
- Now add light soya sauce,schzewan sauce,salt
- Fry for few seconds and then add cauliflower and mix well
- Lastly add spring onion greens and serve hot
