Beans Kosambari



Ingredients
10-12 beans thin sliced
2-3 tbsp grated coconut

1 Big onion Chopped

2 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped

1 -2 slit green chilli
2 tbsp oil
Salt to taste

Method

  • Boil beans till tender and drain and keep aside.
  • In pan add oil add minced green chillies for a min then add onion and fry just for a min remove and take it out in a bowl add  coriander leaves, salt, Boiled beans, salt .
  • Lastly add scraped coconut. 
  • Absolutely delicious !
