Stir Fry Idli

Today I just thought of trying something new with my idlis which were lying in the fridge so I tried this Idli Stir Fry and it turned out very good and everyone liked it a lot.


6-7 Idli 

1 tsp Mustard seeds

A pinch of Hing

2 tbsp Coriander leaves

1 Sprig Curry leaves

1 onion Chopped

1/4 tsp Haldi 

1/2 tsp Chilli powder

2 tbsp Roasted Peanuts

salt to taste

2 tbsp oil


Cut Idlis into cubes and keep aside.

Heat 2 tbsp Oil in a Non Stick pan . Add Mustard seeds when it starts spluttering add hing, curry leaves, add chopped onion and fry till onion turns pink.

Add haldi, chilli powder, coriander leaves. Then add idlis and stir fry for 2 mins.

Now add the crushed peanuts. Serve Hot
